Your room will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival . As our reception is not always staffed during the day, please use our check-in machine. Here you will receive your key card and can pay for your hotel stay (if you have not already done so).
On the day of departure we ask you to make your room available again by 11:00 am. To check out, please use the key card box at reception - simply drop it in and leave.
Would you like to stay a little longer or check into your room a little earlier? Depending on availability, we are happy to allow you to arrive early from 12:00 or depart late until 14:00 for EUR 10 per hour. Please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.

The morning starts daily with our extensive breakfast buffet. For external guests, our breakfast costs EUR 17.99 per person.

If you are travelling with a child, please enter the number of children and their ages in our online booking form. Only then will you be shown suitable and available rooms for your family.
Extra beds are only possible in the Superior rooms. If you are travelling with more than one child, our family rooms are the right choice. There is no extra charge for children travelling in the family rooms. The following children's prices apply to all other room categories:

Cash-free hotel since 01.02.2025
Our hotel has been a cashless zone since 1 February 2025. We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments continues to decrease, so we have switched completely to "cash-free". In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods for you.
Accordingly, please understand that we will no longer be able to accept cash payments from 01/02/2025.
