Your room will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival . As our reception is not always staffed during the day, please use our check-in machine. Here you will receive your key card and can pay for your hotel stay (if you have not already done so).
On the day of departure we ask you to make your room available again by 11:00 am. To check out, please use the key card box at reception - simply drop it in and leave.
Would you like to stay a little longer or check into your room a little earlier? Depending on availability, we are happy to allow you to arrive early from 12:00 or depart late until 14:00 for EUR 10 per hour. Please contact us directly by e-mail or telephone.

The morning starts daily with our extensive breakfast buffet. For external guests, our breakfast costs EUR 17.99 per person.

After paying online, you will receive your voucher directly by e-mail as a PDF document for you to print out yourself.
If you already have a voucher and would like to redeem it with us, please bring your voucher with you and present it at reception on arrival. We will then offset the value of the voucher against your outstanding bill. Please note that vouchers can only be redeemed on site.

If you are travelling with a child, please enter the number of children travelling with you and their age in our online booking form.
Our children's policy:
- Children up to the age of 5 stay free of charge in their parents' bed or in an extra bed.
- Children between 6 and 11 years are charged 50%.
- Children aged 12 and over are charged 100%.
- Baby cots can be provided for EUR 10 per night.

Cash-free hotel since 01.02.2025
Our hotel has been a cashless zone since 1 February 2025. We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments continues to decrease, so we have switched completely to "cash-free". In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods for you.
Accordingly, please understand that we will no longer be able to accept cash payments from 01/02/2025.
