On the day of your arrival, we will warmly welcome you at reception with your room card from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to make your room available again by 11:00 a.m.
Would you like to stay a little longer or move into your room a little earlier? Depending on availability, we are happy to offer you an early arrival from 12:00 p.m. or a late departure until 2:00 p.m. for EUR 10 per hour. Please contact us directly by email or telephone.

Our elevator gives you barrier-free access to all floors.
The morning starts daily with our rich breakfast buffet. For external guests our breakfast costs EUR 17.99 per person.

Are you looking for a nice gift idea? How about a (value) voucher for our hotel? We would be happy to issue you your desired voucher at reception. Alternatively, you can also visit our voucher online shop, where you can customize your preferred voucher to your heart's content and, after paying online, have it sent directly to your email inbox as a PDF document for you to print out yourself.
If you already have a voucher and would like to redeem it with us, please bring your voucher with you and present it to reception upon arrival. We will then offset the voucher value against your outstanding invoice. Please note that vouchers can only be redeemed on site.

If you are traveling with children, please indicate the number of children traveling with you and their ages in our online booking form.
Our child policy:
- Children up to and including 5 years stay free of charge in their parents' bed or in an extra bed.
- Children between 6 and 11 years old are charged 50%.
- Children aged 12 and over pay 100%.
- Baby cots can be provided for EUR 10 per night.

Our hotel's own parking lot with 45 parking spaces is located directly at the hotel. Unfortunately, advance reservation is not possible.

Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in any area of the hotel.

Cash-free hotel since February 1st, 2025
Our hotel has been a cashless zone since February 1st, 2025. We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments continues to decrease, so that we switched completely to "cash-free" at the beginning of 2025. In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods for you.
Please understand that we can no longer accept cash payments with immediate effect.
